The meeting was held to comfort athletes who are struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and to discuss support measures, as well as to listen to the athletes' suggestions.
The Changwon City Sports Council expressed gratitude for the support funds provided to indoor sports facilities, which have faced many operational restrictions due to COVID-19, helping athletes. They also proposed various types of support for hosting sports events.
