Earlier, Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Market, a representative traditional market in the area, signed a business agreement with D'Live Mall at the end of February this year, creating an online shopping environment where traditional market products can be purchased via smartphones.
Accordingly, the district held the 'Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Market D'Live Mall Opening Ceremony' at 2 p.m. on the 23rd.
At the ceremony, Mayor Yu Seong-hoon of Geumcheon-gu, district council members, the chief of Geumcheon Police Station, officials from the Small Enterprise and Market Service, D'Live representatives, and merchants attended and conducted the 'Opening Ceremony,' 'Project Introduction,' 'Guest Congratulatory Speeches,' and 'Project Demonstration.'
Ahn Kyung-jun, president of the Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Market Merchants Association, stated, "We will maintain affordable prices, good quality, and reliable delivery services in our market to become a successful case of coexistence with large shopping apps."
In the final part of the event, Mayor Yu Seong-hoon and Police Chief Choi Seong-young personally entered D'Live Mall and demonstrated purchasing items from Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Market.
To use this service, install the shopping mall app 'D'Live Mall,' sign up as a member, and order desired items from the traditional market Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Market corner.
The Daemyeong Yeoulbitgeori Merchants Association plans to hold various events, such as providing shopping baskets for purchases over 50,000 won in celebration of the opening.
