Heukseok 11 District Passes Building Review... Seoul City’s First 'Urban and Architectural Innovation'
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 25th that Heukseok 11 District, a redevelopment site in Heukseok-dong 267, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, has passed the architectural review.
Heukseok 11 District is an urban and architectural innovation project site designated based on the urban and architectural innovation plan announced by Seoul last May. It is a project where the public and private sectors collaborate and support all stages of the redevelopment project from the planning stage to completion, adapting to the south-high, north-low terrain of Heukseok-dong and securing public interest in the area.
The redevelopment of Heukseok 11 District, which passed the architectural review this time, is planned with a total floor area of 275,531.50㎡, including a five-story underground parking lot and buildings ranging from five basement floors to 16 above-ground floors, totaling 25 buildings.
