Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Cancer Center Hosts 'Cancer Prevention Guidelines Poster Contest'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Cancer Center at Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital (Director Kim Seok-mo) announced on the 24th that it will hold the "1st National Cancer Prevention Rules Poster Contest" for elementary school students in Gwangju and Jeonnam until the 30th.
This contest was prepared to widely promote the importance of cancer prevention and the "10 National Cancer Prevention Rules."

The work size is limited to B4 (sketchbook size) or B2 (twice the size of a sketchbook).

Meanwhile, the 10 "National Cancer Prevention Rules" recommended by the Ministry of Health and Welfare include quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, balanced diet, receiving hepatitis B vaccination, avoiding salty or burnt food, practicing safe sex, limiting alcohol to two drinks per day, complying with workplace safety and health rules, exercising at least 30 minutes a day five times a week, and undergoing early cancer screening.
