Received the Presidential Citation from the Korea Forest Service for Contributions to E-Government Development
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Forest Service announced that it received the Presidential Citation after being selected as the best institution in the electronic government quality improvement and management category at the ‘3rd Electronic Government Day’ commemorative event held on the 23rd.
In the institutional evaluation, the Korea Forest Service scored a total of 97.8 points, significantly surpassing the average score of 80.3 points for central administrative agencies.
The evaluation was conducted targeting all central administrative agencies, local governments, and public institutions. Each institution was comprehensively assessed on the quality management of information resources, prevention of redundant investments, operation and utilization of information systems, and overall investment efficiency in informatization projects.
