[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Im Taek) announced on the 23rd that it will operate the ‘Dong Tour On-site Civil Complaint Day’.
‘On-site Civil Complaint Day’ reflects Mayor Im Taek’s strong determination to listen directly to residents’ suggestions on-site and promptly resolve civil complaints.
Starting with Jiwon 2-dong on the 25th, until August, the mayor will visit one dong each week, personally visiting sites with numerous and chronic complaints as well as senior centers to hear residents’ vivid voices and directly manage solutions.
If residents feel there is a civil complaint site that requires the mayor’s visit, they can inquire at the nearest dong administrative welfare center.
