Silicon Works Conducts New Rolling Recruitment... Strengthening Semiconductor Workforce
Research and Development Positions and Over 50 Others

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Silicon Works, an LG-affiliated system semiconductor fabless (semiconductor design company) firm, is launching a new recruitment drive.
Silicon Works announced on the 23rd that it will conduct rolling recruitment for about 50 positions across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in research and development and general office roles.
The job fields include ▲ semiconductor design ▲ production technology ▲ SCM (supply chain management) ▲ quality control ▲ business planning ▲ product planning. Applications are open from 2 PM on the 23rd of this month until the 6th of next month. Candidates can apply through LG Careers, LG Group's integrated recruitment portal.
The internship program linked to recruitment, targeting bachelor's and master's degree holders, will be conducted for 2 to 6 weeks between August and September only for applicants who pass the document screening, aptitude test, and first interview. Final hires will be selected in September after a second interview.
As LG Group recently shifted to a year-round continuous recruitment system, Silicon Works also plans to timely secure necessary talent focused on on-site job roles in consideration of business and management environments in future hiring.
