[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kang Joo-hee] Song Eun-i revealed the story of becoming the CEO of her agency and personally cleaning the bathroom.
On the 22nd, on KBS 2TV's 'Problematic Men in the Rooftop Room,' Highlight member Yoon Doo-joon appeared as a guest and shared stories.
That day, Song Eun-i and Kim Sook asked Yoon Doo-joon, "Didn't you start a company? What is your position?"
Yoon Doo-joon replied, "I am co-CEO, and all Highlight members are CEOs. Do we really understand management? There is an actual CEO who runs the business. I think the mindset is to work as happily and freely as possible."
Kim Sook asked, "Do you have a management philosophy? Is there anything that is absolutely not allowed?" Yoon Doo-joon confessed, "We drink water and throw it away, and when we go to music shows, we drink a lot of bottled water but there’s always some left. So we decided to write our names on the water bottles, but it was hard to put into practice."
Song Eun-i, who is currently the CEO of her agency, said, "When I first started the company, although now we have people who clean, at first I even cleaned the bathroom myself. When employees drank beverages and threw away coffee, I felt it was wasteful and wondered why they threw it away."
Kim Sook said, "I'm a director but I didn’t do anything. Whenever that sister cleaned the bathroom, the employees wiggled their hips because the CEO was cleaning," making everyone laugh.
