Police Send Singer Park Kyung to Prosecution Over Allegations of Music Chart Manipulation
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Singer Park Kyung (28), who was sued after raising suspicions of music chart manipulation, has been referred to the prosecution.
On the 17th, the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced that Park, suspected of violating the Information and Communications Network Act, was sent to the prosecution with a recommendation for indictment.

Last November, Park raised suspicions of music chart manipulation by naming six artists, including Vibe, on social networking services (SNS), and is accused of defamation by spreading false information under the Information and Communications Network Act. Park has also postponed his military enlistment due to the police investigation.
