Chosun University Job Center Operates 'Job Preparation Strategy Program'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Chosun University Career Center recently announced on the 17th that it operated the ‘2020 Recruitment Trends and Job Preparation Strategies’ program to enhance the employment capabilities of current students and graduates.
This program was conducted to support understanding of the changing recruitment processes faced amid the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, as well as to provide successful job-seeking strategies.
The program was designed to prepare for untact (non-face-to-face) recruitment such as AI, video interviews, and online aptitude tests, and to flexibly respond to continuous recruitment due to the expansion of rolling recruitment.
Additionally, the program was divided into science and engineering and humanities tracks to enable customized job preparation according to major fields, receiving positive feedback from participants.
