According to Namdong-gu, Incheon, an octogenarian identified as Mr. A, who tested positive for COVID-19 on the 12th of this month and was hospitalized at Gachon University Gil Medical Center, passed away on the 15th. It was confirmed that Mr. A had no significant complications or medical history prior to testing positive. Mr. A began showing suspected COVID-19 symptoms on the 7th of this month.
