CrucialTec to Proceed with Paid-in Capital Increase... Worth 17.2 Billion KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Crucialtec announced on the 10th that it will proceed with a paid-in capital increase worth 17.2 billion KRW through a rights offering to existing shareholders.
It will issue 10 million new shares. The par value per new share is 1,000 KRW.
The subscription period for existing shareholders is two days from the 23rd of next month, and the general public offering will be from the 28th to the 29th of the same month.
The payment date for the new shares is the 31st of next month, and the expected listing date for the new shares is August 14.
