In response, organizations such as the Free Republic of Korea Patriotic Corps, Turn Light, and the Free Rule of Law Center accused Mr. A and JTBC CEO Sohn Seok-hee of violating the Military Bases and Military Facilities Protection Act and other laws, and filed a complaint with the prosecution in August last year. The police found it difficult to recognize charges against CEO Sohn and sent both Mr. A and Sohn to the prosecution with a recommendation for non-prosecution for Sohn.
