Daegu Superintendent of Education Kang Eun-hee Joins 'Thanks to You Challenge' to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Kang Eun-hee, Superintendent of Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education, participated in the 'Thanks to You Challenge' campaign on the 5th at Yeomin Room to express gratitude to the medical staff who are dedicating themselves to patient care to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
During the campaign, Kang Eun-hee, who was nominated by Daegu Mayor Kwon Young-jin, conveyed respect and gratitude for the sacrifice and dedication of the medical staff along with about 20 senior officials from the Metropolitan Office of Education.
Superintendent Kang said, "The reason students can attend school through phased in-person classes is thanks to the sacrifice and dedication of the medical staff on the front lines of COVID-19," adding, "Schools and the Office of Education will also do their best to maintain thorough handwashing, mask-wearing, practicing social distancing in daily life, and flawless school quarantine without letting our guard down."
