The Dongdaemun Police Station in Seoul announced on the 5th that they have booked Mr. A, a man in his 50s, without detention on charges of property damage.
Mr. A is accused of pulling on the scarf tied to the Statue of Peace at Yongdu Park in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, for about an hour around 6:40 p.m. the previous day, and damaging a flower vase placed at the statue's feet.
