AT Semicon Acquires Additional Shares of Irangtec... Secures 26% Stake
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] AT Semicon announced on the 5th that it will additionally acquire 8,650 shares of I-Lang Tech Co., Ltd., a company manufacturing electronic components and broadcasting components, for approximately 500 million KRW. This corresponds to about 1.21% of its equity capital, and after the acquisition, the shareholding ratio of the stock will be around 25.87%.
Additionally, the company stated that it will acquire the 2nd series bearer unsecured private convertible bonds of I-Lang Tech. The total face value is 2 billion KRW, which corresponds to 4.8% of its equity capital. The acquisition method is cash purchase. The scheduled acquisition date is the 22nd of this month.
