The 1st Mandeok Tunnel will be completely closed to nighttime traffic from 11 PM to 5 AM the next day from the 22nd to the 30th for the replacement of old lighting. Vehicles that would normally use the 1st Tunnel during this time must detour via the 2nd Mandeok Tunnel or the alternative Sanbok Road.
The 2nd Mandeok Tunnel will have partial lane restrictions on the left lane in the Minam to Mandeok direction from 11:30 PM to 5 AM the next day from the 15th to the 19th to install 30 high-resolution remote monitoring CCTV cameras.
If it rains or other circumstances arise, the construction schedule will be adjusted.
