The newly appointed Director Kim Byung-soo is from Imsil, Jeonbuk, graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Chonnam National University, earned a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Jeonbuk National University, and joined the corporation in 1989. He has served as the head of Buan Branch, Dongjin Branch, and the Saemangeum Project Group.
