KT Holds 'Untact College Admission Briefing' for High School Seniors
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] On the 16th, KT conducted a live broadcast of a college entrance exam briefing session for high school seniors, presented by Korea’s representative entrance exam instructor Yoon Yoon-gu, on Olleh TV, Seezn, and KT’s official YouTube channel. This briefing session was organized to support high school seniors and their parents who are experiencing anxiety and frustration due to changes in the exam schedule caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The lecture with instructor Yoon Yoon-gu introduced efficient methods for preparing for college entrance exams and included a Q&A session to address questions from students and parents. The session lasted about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Various questions were raised, including the impact of COVID-19 on early and regular admissions, study methods for current students preparing for regular admissions, essay preparation strategies, and the entrance exam roadmap following academic calendar delays. Instructor Yoon provided clear answers and communicated effectively with the students and parents.
Kim Young-soo, a parent of a high school senior, said, “I was very anxious because the exam schedule changed due to COVID-19 and there were concerns that current students might be at a disadvantage. However, it was helpful to listen to an expert’s briefing session and ask questions through Olleh TV.” He added, “Based on the information gained from the lecture, I plan to carefully establish an entrance exam strategy together with my child.”

KT will provide the ‘Clear and Refreshing Entrance Exam Briefing Session with Teacher Yoon Yoon-gu (High School Senior Course)’ as a VOD service from the 20th in the ‘Live Special’ menu on Olleh TV for customers who missed the live broadcast. Additionally, on the 23rd at 1 PM, a live broadcast of a clear and refreshing entrance exam briefing session for middle school third-year students will be held.
