[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] IA Networks is showing strong performance following the news of the launch of the world's first quantum security smartphone equipped with both quantum security and 5th generation mobile communication (5G) functions, the 'Galaxy A Quantum.'
As of 1:50 PM on the 14th, IA Networks' stock price is trading at 1,720 KRW, up 15.44% from the previous day.
SK Telecom, in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, is introducing the world's first 5G smartphone 'Galaxy A Quantum' equipped with the smallest quantum random number generator chip (QRNG) measuring 2.5mm by 2.5mm. Pre-orders will be available from the 15th to the 21st, with the official launch on the 22nd.

IA Networks holds the patent for the ‘NeoPAC 3D Shrink module,’ which enables ultra-compact packaging of the QRNG chip, a core component of quantum cryptographic security, through proactive research and development. Additionally, in March, it signed a business agreement with IDQ, a subsidiary of SK Telecom, for mass production and commercialization of the ultra-compact QRNG chip.
