Gyeonggi Office of Education Postpones Nationwide Joint Academic Assessment in April to the 21st
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has postponed the schedule for the "April National Joint Academic Achievement Test" to the 21st in accordance with the change in the high school 3rd grade school reopening schedule.
Hwang Yoon-gyu, Director of the Future Education Policy Division at the Gyeonggi Office of Education, explained on the 12th, "Considering the possibility of an additional delay in the 3rd grade school reopening schedule, we have agreed with the Ministry of Education that if schools reopen within May, the academic achievement test will be held the day after the reopening."
Director Hwang added, "We will guide each high school on the implementation details, including compliance with quarantine-related guidelines, so that students can take the exam safely and smoothly."

The April National Joint Academic Achievement Test is organized and administered by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education for all 3rd-grade high school students nationwide. The test covers subjects such as Korean, Mathematics, English, Korean History, and Inquiry (Social Studies and Science).
