[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] At 7:45:06 PM on the 11th, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 occurred 37 km north-northwest of Pyeonggang, Gangwon, North Korea.
On that day, the Korea Meteorological Administration announced that an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 occurred at 38.72 degrees north latitude and 127.14 degrees east longitude. The KMA stated that this earthquake is analyzed to have occurred naturally.
The maximum seismic intensity recorded by observation equipment in each region was measured as 2 in Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Seoul, and Incheon.
