View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Seongbuk-gu (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) is providing a free lecture titled ‘Breaking Down the 2021 Student Record Comprehensive Admission’ on YouTube to offer timely admission information to parents and examinees who have been unable to obtain desired entrance exam information due to the postponement of college entrance exam schedules caused by COVID-19.
The district has been providing information on the Student Record Comprehensive Admission through an academic and career cooperation agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education’s specialized educational policy research institute, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Research and Information Center. In previous years, parents and students gathered for lectures, but to comply with social distancing measures during COVID-19, the content will be provided online.
The content consists of three sessions: the first session is an introduction to the Student Record Comprehensive Admission by Im Jin-taek, Chief Admissions Officer (Kyung Hee University); the second session covers management of school life records by Son Tae-jin, Researcher (Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Research and Information Center); and the third session provides interview preparation methods by Song Chi-kyung (Jaun High School teacher).
Citizens who wish to attend the lectures can refer to the ‘Recruitment Courses’ board on the Seongbuk-gu Office website or access the lectures through the Seongbuk Youth Future Support Center YouTube channel. (http://bitly.kr/V5H9sTXLH)
