Moheunik Planet, an unlisted company, was fined a penalty of 17.5 million KRW for violating the obligation to submit small-scale public offering disclosure documents, and was sanctioned with fines of 12.3 million KRW and 40 million KRW respectively for violating the obligations to submit securities registration statements and regular reports.
Sun Technologies, a former KOSDAQ-listed company, was restricted from issuing securities for 4 months due to violation of the obligation to submit regular reports, and also received a 3-month securities issuance restriction for violating the obligation to submit major event reports.
