Acuon Savings Bank Introduces Visible ARS... Expanding Untact Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Aekyoon Savings Bank announced on the 7th that it has introduced a visible ARS service as part of expanding untact (non-face-to-face) digital financial services.
The visible ARS service allows users to use the existing voice guidance along with a visualized menu on the smartphone screen.
After connecting, users can freely select the desired consultation service on the smartphone screen without connecting to or waiting for a counselor, enabling quick and direct handling of inquiries and consultation tasks.
In particular, major services with frequent customer inquiries such as ▲loan application ▲loan progress inquiry ▲account inquiry (deposit, loan) and ▲savings and deposit interest rates ▲branch information are placed on the main screen for easy viewing. Additionally, it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without time restrictions, further enhancing customer convenience.
There is also an event. Until the end of this month, customers who use the visible ARS will be entered into a draw to win prizes such as Galaxy Buds and mobile cultural gift certificates.
