[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] On the 7th, Busan City announced that it will create a 'Busan-type Smart Industrial Complex Cluster' linking Noksan Industrial Complex as a base with Sasang Industrial Complex and Sinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex to innovate manufacturing.
The city plans to develop Noksan Industrial Complex into an eco-friendly shipbuilding equipment and future automobile parts complex, establish a smart manufacturing standard model, and expand it to other industrial complexes.
Sasang Industrial Area and Sinpyeong·Jangrim Industrial Complex will be linked with the nearby Noksan Industrial Complex by advancing their core industry of intelligent machinery parts, and will transform into a smart city and urban-type innovation complex, respectively, in the future.
In the Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone branch area, future transportation parts and marine advanced materials industries will be established, and Eco Delta City will build industries specialized in energy healthcare.
