Customers can choose between coverage for the three major diseases (cancer, stroke, acute myocardial infarction) or cancer-only coverage. The plan consists of nine optional riders and one mandatory additional rider, the 'Ultra-Simple Small Amount Cancer Diagnosis Rider.'
Depending on the insured's health condition, enrollment is available through either a simplified underwriting type or a general underwriting type.

The simplified underwriting type requires answering only one question: whether the applicant has been diagnosed, hospitalized, or undergone surgery for cancer, angina, myocardial infarction, or stroke within the past five years. If not applicable, even those with pre-existing conditions or elderly individuals can enroll. Eligible ages for enrollment are 30 to 90 years old.
