On the 6th (local time), the Turkish Ministry of Health announced that the cumulative number of COVID-19 confirmed cases increased by 1,832 from the previous day to 129,491. The cumulative death toll rose by 59 to 3,520.
Fahrettin Koca, the Turkish Minister of Health, stated on Twitter, "Currently, 1,338 patients are receiving intensive care in the ICU, and 73,285 people have recovered."
