Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Provides 30-Second Song Soap
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 6th that it will provide '30-second song soap' to ensure that children can safely visit the National Museum of Korea's Children's Museum and the National Library for Children and Young Adults.
When using the 30-second song soap, a song called "Baby Shark and Wash Your Hands" plays for 30 seconds along with foaming soap from the hand sanitizer. This service was introduced starting today as social distancing measures for COVID-19 are implemented.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism stated that it plans to gradually expand the 30-second song soap service through collaboration with various cultural artists suitable for affiliated museums, art galleries, and libraries nationwide. Additionally, videos of citizens using the 30-second song soap will be posted on the Ministry's social networking service (SNS).
