Jung Eun-kyung, head of the Central Disease Control Headquarters, said this during a regular briefing held at the Osong Disease Control Headquarters in Chungbuk on the same day, adding, "The Ministry of Education and health authorities are preparing related measures such as infectious disease prevention measures in schools after the start of in-person classes, epidemiological investigations, and management guidelines in case of cluster infections."
