Actor Suhyun Reveals English Study Method: "Regularly Read English Newspapers and Original Books... Always Keep CNN Channel On at Home"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Park Hee-eun] Actress Suhyun introduced her own English study method through a vlog.
In the first episode of the vlog "This is Suhyun," released on June 2nd on the YouTube channel 'MonoTube,' Suhyun created a list to spend her time in a planned manner.
In particular, the video revealed Suhyun's unique study method, who played roles in Hollywood movies such as "Avengers: Age of Ultron," "The Dark Tower," and "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald."
She said, "Many people usually ask me about studying English, so I prepared some advice," adding, "Since college, I have made it a habit to read English newspapers and original books." She continued, "Even now, I always keep the CNN channel on at home to keep my ears open."
Suhyun recommended watching American TV series as an efficient way to study English. She stated, "Make it a habit to watch dramas you are interested in with subtitles on, write down or separately practice impressive expressions, and apply them, so you can use them in actual conversations, which is much more efficient."
Visiting a bookstore to find effective original books, Suhyun recommended, "Buy English magazines and find articles and interviews that suit your taste to read."
