Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport Hosts 'Market in Seoul' Flea Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport is hosting the 'Market in Seoul' flea market, an 'economic revival' event that encompasses everything from young farmers to small business brands.
Recently, the 'Good Consumer Movement,' which involves prepayment and promises of revisit to support self-employed and small business operators affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, has been spreading. In line with this trend, Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport planned this event to support young farmers and small business brands in expanding their sales channels and to offer customers high-quality products.
The event will be held from the 2nd to the 5th at the outdoor plaza of Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport. Operating hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
'Market in Seoul' features over 40 sellers, including young farmers and domestic small business owners selling healthy foods such as domestic balloon flower root (doraji), tomatoes, detox juices, handmade milk, dried fruit chips, handmade Ssanghwa tea, and yogurt, as well as emerging designers' fashion accessories brands and living items for home interior enthusiasts.
