Kyobo Life-Kakao Pay 'Nae Boheom Gwanri' Surpasses 200,000 Users
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Kyobo Lifeplanet Insurance announced on the 29th that the cumulative number of users of the 'My Insurance Management' service, launched in collaboration with KakaoPay, has surpassed 200,000.
My Insurance Management is a service that allows users to view their insurance subscription details and receive product recommendations for areas of over- or under-coverage through coverage analysis.
Since its official launch on March 19, more than 4,000 users have consistently used the service daily, with an average user age of 35, indicating strong response from relatively younger demographics.
According to the analysis of the My Insurance Management service, the coverage areas most subscribed to by customers were cancer coverage (32.2%), followed by death coverage (31.4%) and cerebro-cardiovascular disease (16.7%).
