Nexon Foundation Donates 300 Million KRW to Children's Rehabilitation Hospital

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] On the 29th, the Nexon Foundation announced that it donated 319 million KRW to the Purme Foundation Nexon Children's Rehabilitation Hospital to establish and operate a rehabilitation treatment room for adolescents.
The "Open Rehabilitation Treatment Room," created on the first floor of the hospital with this fund, is a separate rehabilitation treatment space for adolescents. It supports a wide range of disability treatments not only for infants and toddlers but also for adolescents, helping them overcome disabilities and adapt socially. It consists of a physical therapy room and an occupational therapy room, with an area of 233㎡.
Kim Jung-wook, chairman of the Nexon Foundation, said, "It is even more meaningful to deliver the donation from the Nexon Foundation along with the profits generated through user participation in various games serviced by Nexon," and added, "We hope that interest and support for revitalizing rehabilitation treatment for children and adolescents will continue."

Since the opening of the Purme Foundation Nexon Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in 2016, Nexon has supported various programs annually, including the "Early Intervention Treatment Program for Premature Infants" in 2017 and the "Support Project for Education and Psychological Treatment for Parents of Children with Disabilities" in 2018.
