View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Honam] It has already been 100 days since the first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Korea. Masks have now become an essential part of daily life. Because people cover their faces with masks, it has become difficult to read facial expressions easily. These days, we have become accustomed to communicating through eyes instead of expressions.
"Is it possible to bring back the lost expressions?" The reporter decided to look for new expressions in everyday life. Various expressions were found in the daily scenes we pass by without much thought. A discarded can on the street, a large air purifier, a mop in front of a restaurant... each carried its own expression.
Throughout April, familiar things were viewed with unfamiliar eyes. Seeing various objects with human-like expressions, I hope the day will come soon when we can take off our masks.
