Bando Construction's First Sale This Year, May Launch of 'Seongsan Bando Yubora I-Park' in Changwon

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Bando Construction announced on the 28th that it plans to launch 'Seongsan Bando Yubora Ivy Park' in Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, with its first sale in May.

Seongsan Bando Yubora Ivy Park is Bando Construction's first project in the Changwon area and will be built on Block Gong 1 in Sapa District, Changwon City. The complex will consist of 17 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with 1,045 apartments of 55㎡ (exclusive area), 56㎡, 64㎡, 78㎡, and 86㎡.

The complex enjoys a prime location in Changwon and is situated at the foot of Bieumsan Mountain, making it a forest-adjacent complex that has attracted attention from actual buyers even before the sale. Located in Seongsan-gu, known as the Gangnam of Changwon, the complex is surrounded by Bieumsan and Gaeumjeong Park, offering a 'green premium' where residents can enjoy forest-like living in the city.

The detached learning center plans to operate YBM Net English Village (tentative name), a professional educational institution, and is negotiating to run the Gyeongnam FC children's soccer school.
