On the 25th, MBC's 'How Do You Play?' official social network service (SNS) posted a video along with the message, "With gratitude and respect, chicken was delivered to the medical staff in the negative pressure isolation ward of Seoul Medical Center. We hope this small support was helpful. Thanks to the medical staff. We feel proud."
The released video showed the process of delivering the chicken, the happy reactions of the Seoul Medical Center medical staff receiving the chicken, and video messages from Yoo Jae-suk and Park Myung-soo.
Yoo Jae-suk and Park Myung-soo said, "We wanted to support your hard work by treating you to warm, delicious chicken," adding, "The chicken will probably taste better on your side than ours." It was reported that Yoo Jae-suk and Park Myung-soo ordered 50 chickens from nearby chicken restaurants and delivered them to Seoul Medical Center to support the medical staff.
Initially, the 'How Do You Play?' production team planned to deliver chicken to the Seoul Medical Center ward where medical staff were working night shifts, but after hearing that many medical staff could not go home due to COVID-19 treatment and were staying in temporary accommodations, they also sent additional chicken to the temporary accommodations arranged by Seoul Medical Center.
Yoo Jae-suk and Park Myung-soo conveyed, "We send warm encouragement and deep gratitude to the many medical staff working tirelessly day and night at Seoul Medical Center. We hope you enjoy the food and stay strong. Thanks to you, we are able to live our daily lives. Stay strong, and we support you from afar. We sincerely thank you."
They added, "We wish we could fry and serve the chicken ourselves, but given the current situation, we regret that we cannot. We are cheering for you from afar, so please enjoy the chicken and stay strong."
