Construction of 394 'Haengbok Jutaek' Units in Guri Sutaek Area
[Asia Economy (Guri) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Guri City in Gyeonggi Province is constructing 'Happy Housing' in the Sutaek area. The construction scale is a total of 394 units. Happy Housing is public rental housing supplied at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to alleviate the housing cost burden for young people such as youth and newlyweds, as well as housing-vulnerable groups.
On the 27th, Guri City announced that it is jointly constructing 394 units of Happy Housing and 200 public parking spaces on the site of the former towing office at 852 Sutaek-dong in cooperation with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH).
This is a joint project where Guri City provides the land and LH constructs the Happy Housing, with priority supply to residents of Guri City. If there is a shortage of applicants, it will be converted to general supply.
Applications can be submitted online and via the mobile app (LH Subscription Center) from the 7th to the 18th of next month.
For those aged 65 or older who have difficulty using the internet, on-site applications will also be accepted on the 15th of next month at the multipurpose room on the 2nd floor of the Guri City Administrative Welfare Center.
When applying on-site, cooperation is required for wearing masks, temperature checks, and using hand sanitizer to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The winners will be announced around 5 p.m. on August 14. The scheduled move-in date is August 2021.
