On World Book Day, the 23rd, the People's Daily of China unveiled a list of books recommended by President Xi across seven categories. Chinese media outlets such as China Central Television (CCTV) and Xinhua News Agency simultaneously reported on the related content, widely spreading the list of books recommended by President Xi within China.
At the top of the recommended book list is the classic "The Communist Manifesto," which embodies Marxist philosophy. In Xi Jinping's reading notes on "The Communist Manifesto," it is written, "The Communist Manifesto is a richly theoretical report. By repeatedly studying and deeply researching it, one can absorb ideological nourishment."
