Southern Power decided to expand the application of My KODI, which is equipped with the functions of 'Easy Bot' that automates simple and repetitive tasks, and an AI-based 'Work Consultation Bot' capable of interactive consultation, across the entire company.
Easy Bot supports automatic input functions for tasks ranging from business trip and corporate card usage applications to post-processing tasks. Through this, corporate card voucher processing and business trip application and settlement can be handled easily and conveniently with just a few clicks.
The Work Consultation Bot is equipped with a function that understands context through machine learning for repetitive questions. It composes various dialogue sets for user questions. When there are work-related inquiries such as voucher processing, users can find answers without asking other employees.
