Now in its 9th year, the '2020 Customer Satisfaction Brand Index (K-CSBI)' is a brand evaluation measurement index hosted by the Korea Brand Management Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It also links with the security system, including a smartphone app, allowing emergency dispatch requests when necessary.
