Three Teenage Female Students Who Burned Classmate's Cigarette and Committed Group Assault Sent to Prosecution

On the 20th, Cheongju Sangdang Police Station announced that they will send three people, including A, to the prosecution on charges of group assault against a classmate (special injury, assault, etc.).
On the evening of the 29th of last month, around 7 p.m., in a residential area of Sangdang-gu, A and others are accused of assaulting the arms and legs of their friend B (15, female) and burning parts of her body with a cigarette ember.
At the scene, there were a total of seven students, including A, and it was investigated that four of them did not directly participate in the assault.
They reportedly told the police that "B spoke negatively about them," which was the reason for their actions.
