Recruitment for Gangbuk-gu 'Cheongbaji (Youth Changing Now)' Project Planning Team
Recruiting 30 Youth to Directly Select and Operate Education and Cultural Programs Needed for Adolescents... Applications Accepted by Email or Mail Until May 10
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gangbuk-gu (Mayor Park Kyumsu) is recruiting members for the ‘Cheongbaji (Youth Changing Now)’ project planning team, where youth directly select and operate youth activity programs, until May 10.
The ‘Cheongbaji’ project was selected as an agenda item at last year’s Gangbuk Cooperation Resident Grand Forum and is a newly launched initiative this year. It aims to address the lack of programs for future generations by having youth take the lead and to strengthen their capabilities as members of the local community.
The recruitment target is about 30 people, and any youth aged 13 to 18 who reside in Gangbuk-gu or attend school in the area are eligible to apply.
Applicants can download the related documents from the Gangbuk-gu website (Our District Introduction → Notice Board → Public Notices (Currently Posted)), fill them out, and submit them via email to the person in charge (higratia8@gangbuk.go.kr) or by mail.
The district plans to form three teams from the approximately 30 selected members to lead the planning team from May to December. The planning team will select three programs from youth rights improvement activities, social participation activities, cultural and artistic activities, entrepreneurship and career activities, and sharing and volunteer activities to operate the projects.
The selected programs will be implemented as projects starting in June, during which the youth planning team will take the lead in all aspects of program operation, including budgeting, promotion, and management.
