Gwangyang City Recruiting Prospective Entrepreneurs for 'Jeonnam Youth Startup Support Project'
Up to 18 Million KRW Startup Support Fund and Training per Person
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Gwangyang City, Jeollanam-do announced on the 21st that it will recruit participants for the 'Jeonnam Youth Startup Support Project' until the 13th of next month to create local jobs and foster young entrepreneurs.
The 'Jeonnam Youth Startup Support Project' is part of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's public regional-led youth job project, jointly hosted by Jeollanam-do and Gwangyang City, with the project execution overseen by the Jeonnam Environmental Industry Promotion Agency.
Youths aged 18 to 39 who are not enrolled in employment insurance and have an address in Gwangyang City can participate in the project. Startup support is available across all sectors except for some unsuitable industries such as entertainment and lodging businesses.
In this recruitment, 10 trainees will be selected, and through basic startup education, a final 5 startup support candidates will be chosen. Selected prospective young entrepreneurs will receive advanced startup education and evaluation, with startup support funds of up to 18 million KRW per person.
