NC to Pursue Purchase of Pangyo District Office Site Worth 800 Billion Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] NCSoft is planning to acquire a site in Pangyo District, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, valued at around 800 billion KRW.
On the 16th, NCSoft announced that it submitted a letter of intent for the sale of the Pangyo District Office site to Seongnam City as part of a consortium led by the company.
The site is a 25,719.9㎡ public land located at 641 Sampyeong-dong, Bundang-gu, with an appraised value of 809.4 billion KRW. It is currently being used as a temporary parking lot.

NCSoft plans to build office and research buildings on this site. Currently, NCSoft has about 4,000 employees, but the capacity of its Pangyo R&D Center, the company headquarters, is about 3,000, so the remaining employees work scattered across three buildings including the Pangyo Mirae Asset Center and Alpharium Tower.
