Gyeonggi Urban公, Sale of Support Facilities in 'Paju Seonyu·Anseong Wongok Complex'
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation is launching the sale of support facility sites within Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex and Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation announced on the 16th that it will accept bids on the 29th for support facility sites in Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex (1 lot) and Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex (3 lots). The supply area per lot ranges from 504㎡ to 769.5㎡. The expected supply price is 630,000 to 900,000 KRW per 1㎡.
The sites will be supplied through competitive bidding targeting general end-users. The Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex offers a 2-year interest-free installment plan, while the Anseong Wongok Logistics Complex offers a 1-year installment plan with 3% interest. In particular, for the Paju Seonyu Industrial Complex, if the agreed payment is made earlier than the agreed date, a prepayment discount of 2.5% per annum is available.
Bidding will be conducted through the Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation Land Sales System (http://buy.gico.or.kr). A bid deposit of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted along with the bid application.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation will sign land sales contracts from the 4th to the 8th of next month.
