View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Sohn Byung-hwan, President of NH Nonghyup Bank, has taken steps to check the current status of responses to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and to encourage employees who are working hard to overcome the crisis.
According to Nonghyup Bank on the 16th, President Sohn visited the Customer Happiness Center in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the Integrated IT Center in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi Province, on the 14th to check the support status for customers affected by COVID-19 and to encourage employees.
A Nonghyup Bank official stated, “As it has become difficult for customers to visit branches due to COVID-19, telephone consultations and non-face-to-face transactions have increased, making the roles of the Customer Happiness Center and Integrated IT Center employees more important than ever, so we prioritized these visits.”
On that day, President Sohn checked the emergency work status of call center employees, including telecommuting, at the Customer Happiness Center and personally answered customer complaint calls.
He then visited the Integrated IT Center to inspect the emergency operation status of major IT facilities due to COVID-19 and urged thorough security and smooth operation.
