The Class Hyosung Appoints Im Seong-hyun as New CEO
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] The official Mercedes-Benz dealer, The Class Hyosung, announced on the 14th that it has appointed Lim Seong-hyun, former CEO of Kolon Motors, as its new CEO.
New CEO Lim joined the Kolon Group in 1988 and served as head of the Planning Office at Kolon Co., Ltd., head of the ANC Business Division at Kolon Global, and CEO of Kolon Motors. Having spent his childhood in Brazil and Colombia, and majored in Spanish literature at university, he is known as a talent fluent in five languages.
The Class Hyosung explained the background of this appointment, stating, "CEO Lim is the right person to strengthen The Class Hyosung's competitiveness and lead active communication with customers, based on the expertise and proven leadership he has accumulated through various achievements in the imported automobile industry."
The Class Hyosung expressed its ambition to grow continuously into a dealer recognized in the global market beyond being a leading dealer in Korea through CEO Lim's inauguration.
