Kia Motors Provides COVID-19 Residential Treatment Center at Osan Education Center, Gyeonggi Province
Equipped with a total of 118 accommodation rooms over a total floor area of 17,000㎡
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Kia Motors announced on the 13th that it will provide the Osan Education Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, as a residential treatment center for mild COVID-19 patients in the Gyeonggi area.
The Osan Education Center consists of an education building with one basement floor and three above-ground floors, and a dormitory building with one basement floor and five above-ground floors, covering a total floor area of 17,000㎡. It has a total of 118 lodging rooms.
Since its opening in 1994, the Osan Education Center was rebuilt after reconstruction and remodeling in 2017. It is mainly operated for automotive service technology training for Kia employees both domestically and internationally.
