[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Korean Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education announced on the 13th that they are recruiting companies year-round to participate in customized consultations aimed at enhancing gender diversity within companies.
The consulting-style advisory service diagnoses the level of gender balance in companies through workforce and gender surveys, gender balance element checks, employee surveys, and in-depth interviews. Based on the results, a customized action plan is finalized through discussions with company representatives. After the consultation, follow-up management is conducted, including checking for any difficulties in implementation and providing additional advice.
